Biography

Professor Louis Gosselin seeks to understand how to consume energy more efficiently. In the building sector, his work focuses on improving the building envelope, fenestration, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, and the role of occupants. In the industrial sector, Professor Gosselin focuses on energy efficiency in primary aluminum production, machining and greenhouse production. His work is also helping to support Nunavik's energy transition and improve the energy efficiency of northern housing in Inuit communities.
